北部九州国際学術交流会（以下「当会」という）ではイベント等サービスのお申込みの際にお客様からの個人情報を提供していただくことがあります。提供いただきました個人情報は個人情報保護法の趣旨のもと本プライバシーポリシーに沿って適切に取り扱いいたします。

提供された個人情報はお申込みに係る事務手続きおよび以下の項目につき当会にて適切に利用させていただきます。

・参加イベントの連絡にかかるもの

・イベント料金請求

・当会からのお知らせ、告知

また次のいずれかに該当する場合は，第三者へ情報提供を行うことがあります。

・法令の規定にもとづくとき

・協賛・賛助団体などへの報告書等、個人が特定されない形でのデータ提供

・イベント（学会等）参加者に限定しての集合写真提供など

個人情報の保護に関する法律が改正された場合やその他の理由によって，このプライバシーポリシーを予告なく変更することがあります。

The International Academic Exchange Society in Northern Kyushu (hereinafter referred to as “the Society”) may request that customers provide personal information when applying for events or other services. We will handle the personal information provided appropriately in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the principles of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The personal information provided will be used by the Society appropriately for administrative procedures related to your application and for the following purposes:

・Communications regarding the event you are participating in

・Billing for event fees

・Notices and announcements from the Society

In addition, we may disclose information to third parties in any of the following cases:

・When required by law

・Provision of data in a form that does not identify individuals, such as reports to sponsoring or supporting organizations

・Provision of group photos limited to participants of events (such as academic conferences)

This Privacy Policy may be amended without prior notice in the event of revisions to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or for other reasons.
